During this meeting, the client shares relevant personal information, reasons for seeking therapy, and their goals or concerns. This time also gives the client the space to ask any questions they may have about the therapist and/or the process.

Anjali is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Accepting new clients - Are you looking for support with relationship troubles, depression, grief, career, stress, anxiety, trauma, cultural/gender/sexual identity, career, or neurodivergence? I am here to support you and create a safe space for you to explore, learn more about yourself, gain tools, and find healing.

I enjoy working with couples and individuals through an anti-oppressive and culturally informed lens. I draw from many different therapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EFT, ACT, CBT, Gottman method, Schema therapy and Narrative therapy. Essentially, I want to get to the root cause of what is causing you (or your relationship) distress and address it and provide you with the tools you need to cope in your day-to-day life.

It is not easy to reach out for help and it can be even more overwhelming with all the information available online when trying to find a therapist. I believe what makes therapy successful is the relationship between you and the therapist which is why I adopt a client-centered approach, emphasizing you as a person and making you feel secure and comfortable.

Emillie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).

Accepting new clients - Hello and welcome! I am so glad you landed here. My name is Emillie and in my practice, I aim to create an accepting and compassionate space for you to explore challenging experiences, process emotions, share your story, and nurture meaningful connections with yourself and others.

Leading with intentional curiosity and respect, together, we will navigate through anxiety, emotional fluctuations, relationship conflicts, trauma (including vicarious trauma), and moments of self-discovery.

I specialize in helping individuals manage stress, navigate life changes, overcome perfectionism, and cope with anxiety. My focus is on supporting BIPOC individuals, including first and second-generation Canadians, as they navigate the complexities of racial and cultural identity and heal from childhood or intergenerational traumas.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive principles and is informed by my lived experiences as a Filipina-Canadian woman of colour. I prioritize your cultural values, individual positionalities, and identities with client-centred, relational, and holistic methods. Drawing from various therapeutic techniques such as mindfulness/somatic practices, psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), I tailor our sessions to meet your specific needs. I hope that our work together creates a space where you feel truly heard and supported, nurturing lasting transformations in your genuine self-awareness and self-love.

Curious if we’re a good match? Reach out to schedule an initial consultation—I’m looking forward to connecting with you!
